RelayBee is a voice AI-powered objection handling coaching platform designed for real estate professionals. We provide:

• Interactive voice AI practice scenarios
• Real-time objection handling feedback
• Performance analytics and coaching insights
• Customizable practice sessions

Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on RelayBee, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and audio, are owned by RelayBee and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any voice recordings and practice data you create. By using our platform, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze this data solely for providing and improving our services.

Subscription and Payment

Some features of RelayBee may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

RelayBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
